HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM

If you have an issue with a liquid product please email us first,. We do not return / refund juices due to Health and Safety issues and that flavor is subjective to taste. However if there is a problem with the juice please email us as we would like to take care of any problems and work with our customers to maintain our EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that is second to none.. We highly recommend purchasing a sample 5ml bottle of our product to find out if you like the flavor in case a flavor may not be particularly enjoyable to you. Remember that flavors are subjective to taste, smoking history and how much you vape.


If you are returning a product for a refund, we may charge a 20% restocking fee if the original product is not in brand new condition and the original packaging and accessories were not returned with the product or used. If the product you are returning is defective you will not be charged a restocking fee and offered a replacement or refund.

ELECTRONICS RETURN POLICY

All electronics have a 30 warranty period an which time you can either exchange it for the same item or a refund.


SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING


For Resellers orders there is a $50 cancellation fee once production has begun and Bottle Labels have been printed.

All other packages that exceed 10oz are shipped Priority Mail at a rate of $5.75



Because most orders contain Nicotine, which if leaks, can absorb into the skin. Therefore, we are required by USPS to ship out your package safely. All other larger order sizes MUST go out Priority Mail and your order will automatically chose the best shipping option. We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, seized by Customs, held packages or stolen mail. You need to address this matter with your local Post Office or purchase insurance at checkout if you want to protect your order. We take our customer service seriously, but we cannot monitor your package once it leaves our facility and is processed through the USPS System.

Due to import restrictions, we can no longer ship items International except for APO, FPO and AE

Bootleg Vapors typically ships within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

For example, if you place your order on a Monday, it will ship before Wednesday.

If you place your order on the weekend, when we do not ship, it is the same as placing

your order on that Monday. That's the first day that we see your order.


NOTE: U.S postal does not guarantee shipping times. For example: Priority 2-day does not guarantee that you will receive your orders in two days from mailing
The name is only an estimate of delivery time, but it is not guaranteed.
Similarly, we can not guarantee that Priority Mail Express 1-day will be delivered overnight.
